10 Suspension & Account Closure

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration

When an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bazzi365 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

If you wish to close your bazzi365 account voluntarily, contact the support team. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure.

11 Limitation of Liability

bazzi365 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While bazzi365 makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• Service interruptions: bazzi365 is not liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or interruptions to third-party services such as bKash or Nagad.

Your continued use of bazzi365 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using bazzi365 and contact the support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
